My “con” notative works on paper, ponder and play with constructs of meaning. Each work starts with a remnant of printed matter, which is used to orient, inform, or notify. These slices of information are imprinted with a con “text” which relates conceptually to the remnant. Then the piece is worked from the visual language standpoint, thus throwing it into a different context.
