I am seeking to develop a visual language that speaks for the unspoken, visceral, perceived, and spiritual knowing which we all latently possess. For me, art,” making marks,” is a product of faith, study, and daily practice. I admit to a drive towards perfection and a need for interaction. I am enchanted by an insatiable desire to create; to translate into aesthetic language the literal text of the conscious, cognitive, and linear world of my culture.
